My husband and I used Kate Fisher in the spring of 2020 to not only sell our "starter home" but also to purchase what will most likely be our "forever home", which we would never have found without the expertise and (most importantly) patience of Kate.

In 2021, we started our home buying process with Kate, we talked casually about wanting to buy a house and how I didn’t think we were capable of it after many “people” telling us we couldn’t!
